On October 10th 1995, Steve Austin delivered the promo heard around the world on ECW programming. Having recently been fired by Eric Bischoff from WCW after coming back from a tour in New Japan Wrestling, Steve's frustration at being injured & anger at being fired came to the fore to bring firepower to this promo. They say the best characters in wrestling are the person's personality turned up to eleven. This is Steve Austin at eleven, before eventually becoming 'Stone Cold Steve Austin' at twelve on the dial.
