Welcome back to The Foot Of The Mountain.
My target is to lose 100lbs in 100 weeks in 100 episodes of this podcast. It's a journey i've been on before but Ive never done it in front of the world before.
This week I have my first weigh in. Is it good news? There have been a couple of bumps in the road this week plus I read out some listener feedback.

One man's journey to a 'lighter' life.
I've been overweight for most of my life and have tried every diet and fad on the market. I need to be made accountable so naturally I'm doing a podcast. I will be 50 in 2 years so I have given myself 100 weekly episodes to track losing 1 pound a week. I'm at the foot of the mountain and looking up. Each week I'll be telling you whats been good, bad, hard to deal with. Hopefully there will be expert guests as well as others willing to share their stories.
