Who We Are
We're two chicks, Mimi and Cricket, who live in Nashville and love country music. We've covered the scene in New York, Seattle and Montreal. Now we've come to the source, ready to bring authentic country music back to the rest of the world.

What We Do
We search out the unsigned, the under-promoted, the talented acts outside the mainstream, and we write about them on our site, www.hardcore-troubadours.com. So everyone can find the real country gold.

We're also filling in the gaps of the country music past, reviewing and recommending a broad range of country artists from the past 100 years. We cover industry news, encourage independent bands, make podcasts of new music and local musicians, and interview bands.
